Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
Place chopped cauliflower, potatoes, broth, and minced garlic in the Instant Pot
