Crunchy Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies



These crunchy Paleo chocolate chip cookies are a delicious treat that fits within the Paleo diet guidelines. Made with almond and coconut flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup, they're a healthier alternative to traditional cookies without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Paleo-friendly

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a large bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt

Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Stir until well combined

Fold in dark chocolate chips

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Scoop dough using a tablespoon and roll into balls

Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie

Flatten each ball with the back of a spoon or your fingers to form a cookie shape

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
